She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Slater and Laura Slater (Mansheffer); and her siblings, Eunice Keller, Virgil "Sam" Slater, Marian Keller, Phyllis Sparks and Joan Halso.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lena McMillan (late Merwyn) of Ballston Spa, Beverly Stanton (Neil) of Howes Cave, Alton Slater of Prospect, VA, Arlene Giacomo (Donald) of Haymarket, VA and Donna Cave (Charles) of Umatilla, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dorothea to a favorite charity of ones' choice.
