He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lewis and Margaret Clara Arnold (Pape); and his sister Donna Arnold. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Arnold of Rhode Island, Jessica Arnold of Rhode Island, Mark Arnold of Indiana and Christopher Arnold of New York. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; eight siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
