She was predeceased by: her father Raymond B. Fancher. She is survived by: her mother Norma Fancher (S. Sommers) of Henderson, NC; her husband Bruce D. Baxter; her children, Sandy Gray of Cobleskill and Raymond Baxter (Monique) of Camden, NY; her siblings, Jo-ann Graig (Billy) of Blythe, GA, Dixie Borst of Henderson, NC and Lewis Fancher (Shelly) of Oxford, NC; and her grandsons, Jonathan, Christopher Gray of Cobleskill, Rome and Logan Baxter of Camden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
