She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Bellocchio and Marguerite Bellocchio; her son Thomas; her husband Leonard J. Prezorski; and her grandson Nathaniel.
She is survived by: her sons, Leonard M. (Lauren), Stephen (Kristen), Christopher (Elizabeth) and Mark (Owen); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jennifer, Ally, Amanda, Mia, Alyssa, Cassandra and Rebekah; and her brother Matthew Bellocchio. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
