He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronald and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Burt Moulton; his daughter Billie Jo Houck (Chris) of Clyde; and his siblings, Sandra Witter (Rick) and James Moulton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
