With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Maughan of Clyde, New York, born in Mountain Green, Utah, who passed away on June 17, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Zina Pearl Bybee and Oscar Whitaker Rollins. She is survived by: her husband Clyde V. Maughan; her children, Bruce, Nancy Crapo (Andrew), Anita McKee (Stephen), Alan (Barbara), James (Sharon) and Carolyn; and her brother Myron B. Rollins. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.

“For many years Norma harvested flowers from funeral homes on Saturday for pulpit bouquets on Sunday, a secret service. Some time after I became bishop, she decided I was trustworthy and showed me how to break into the kitchen without a key, which only she, the Relief Society Pres., and her councilors had. She was independent and caring and an irreplaceable friend. I think the Lord will wear a huge smile when he greets her. My love to Clyde and to the rest of her family. God bless you all!”
