Smith Garland; his wife Karen Garland of Clyde; his daughters, Michelle Monini (Vincent) of Schenectady and Patricia E. Godkin of Clyde; and his siblings, Dorothy Rice (Olan) of Savannah, Sarah Ann Frazer (Harold) and Louis E. Garland of Rose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
