He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Butler Fowler; his children, Patricia, Harvey (Nancy), Julie Mestnik (Joe) and Mark (Diana); his grandchildren, Evelyn Rice (Randy), Sarah Stanley, Nicholas, Michael and Alex Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Fowler, Landon and Cora Stanley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
