He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Vlcek and Nellie Toble Vlcek; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony DiLeo and Peggy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Edith Dileo Van Vleck; his son Anthony Van Vleck Jr. (Angelina) of Clyde; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Sarah, Ian, Joel, Becky, Doug Fuller and Tom Baker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
