He is survived by: his wife Claire Coleman; his children, Ted, Matt and Katie; his son-in-law Sean Staeger; his grandchildren, Lauren and Ryan Chmielewski; and his siblings, Frank Chmielewski and Antoinette Chmielewski. He is also survived by extended family, and many friends.
