He was predeceased by: his father Charles Constantino; and his father-in-law Vincent DeAngelo. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Marie Constantino; his wife Marie; his children, Samuel Vincent, Sophia Marie, Giovanna Elaine and Vincenza Marie; his mother-in-law Carol DeAngelo; and his siblings, Charles (Jacque), Cynthia Gleason (Sean) and Caryn Hurwitz (Scott) of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (210 E Dominick St, Rome, NY 13440).

In lieu of flowers, Sam has asked that donations be made to Project Purple, a charity organization in support of pancreatic cancer fighters and survivors, with which he worked closely throughout his illness.
