He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Slim" Conway and Dorothy Conway; his grandson Alex Cook; and his great grandchild Evy Cook. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lewis; his children, Debbie Holman (Steve) of Kannapolis and Brad Conway of Reno, Nevada; his grandchildren, Michael Cook (Halley), Rachael Cook and Hannah Cook; his great grandchildren, Aleah, Lucas and Owen Cook; and his sister Patricia Becker (Robert).
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Michael's memory to the local Wounded Warriors Project or the Anita Stevens Swan Humane Society.
