He is survived by: his wife Victoria Stever Roy; his sons, Steven Roy, Gary Roy (Mary) and Daniel Roy; and his stepchildren, Zachary Stever (Alecia), Ryan Stever (Virginia), Nathan Stever (Ellyn) and Casey Stever (Autumn). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
