It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta H. O'Connor (Clinton, New York), born in Chadwicks, New York, who passed away on December 14, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Karol Smolka; her sons, James O'Connor, Richard "Butch" O'Connor and Gary O'Connor; and her siblings, Matt, Joseph, George, Bernard, John Smolka, Caroline Sharo and Mary Karol Smolka.

She is survived by: her parent Antonina Grabowski Smolka; and her child Loretta. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will forever be in the hearts of her family; her devoted husband of 70 years, Richard; her daughter and son-in-law, Maureen and Ted Rosado; her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Janine O'Connor, Bill O'Connor and Terry and Halah O'Connor; her daughter-in-law, Christine O'Connor; her grandchildren, Tricia and Bob Hoyle, Kelly and David Greef, Keri O'Connor, Kristi O'Connor, Justin Pope, Ryan Pope and Joshua O'Connor; her great-grandchildren, Logan Greef, Alex Hoyle and Lauren Hoyle; two sisters-in-law, Beverly Smolka and Clara Smolka; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
