In loving memory of Joan A. Benedict (Clinton, New York), born in Utica, New York, who departed this world on June 11, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barker and Laverna Barker (Smith); her husband Allen H. Benedict; her daughter Karen Neidhart; and her grandsons, James Neidhart and Justin Benedict.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Benedict (Gwen) and Keith Benedict (Polly Belfield); her grandchildren, Amanda Neidhart-Maloney (Mike), Jeremy Neidhart, Julie Benedict (Amos Hughes) and Blake Benedict (Husmira); her great grandchildren, Carter, Ja'Lana and Laniyah; and her siblings, Oren Barker, Carol Koren and Sandy Stone (Bob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
