She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Collins and Nancy Collins (Good); her husband Clyde Skaggs; her daughter-in-law Delane; and her brother Bobby Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Skaggs and Nancy Zegarelli; her grandchildren, Ethan, Sara Skaggs, Jessica Zegarelli, Jonathan and Annie Zegarelli; and her great grandchildren, Vivian, Fen, Archer, Caleb, Camryn, Gavin, Angelo, Giovonni and Ava.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM.
