She was predeceased by: her parent Stanley Zawislan; her son Eric Bolan; and her husband Fred. She is survived by: her parent Julia Zawislan (Litwak); her sons, Gary Bolan (Richard Motta) of Manhattan, Steven Bolan (Mary Lou) of Deerfield and Courtney Rapp of Fayetteville, NY.; and her siblings, Irene Hensel of New Hartford and Frank Zawislan of Boulder Colorado. She is also survived by two nieces, two nephews.
