It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George F. Gardner of Clinton, New York, born in Cooperstown, New York, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin L. Gardner and Edith Gardner (Stall); and his brothers, Robert, Charles, John, David and William.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Patricia A. Hicks (Gardner), Fredrick G. Gardner of Clinton, Carrie Lynn Gardner (Jack Cooper) and Jeffrey L. Gardner (Bridget) of Richfield Springs; his grandchildren, Mac, Michael, Burke, Kylie, Kevin, Todd and Paige; his great grandchildren, Katherine, Ava and Mason; his brother James Gardner of Mohawk; and his niece Amanda Stone (Chad).
