Schachtler (Clinton, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Green (Schachtler); and his brother Peter Schachtler. He is survived by: his parents, Ulrich Schachtler and Hanna Schachtler (Alabor); his wife Carolina "Lin" Schachtler of Clinton; his son Robert Schachtler of Utica; his daughter-in-law Theresa Schachtler of Utica; his granddaughters, Danielle Green and Nicole Green; his great grandchild Kara Young; his brother Kurt Schachtler of Waterville; his sister-in-law Kay Schachtler of Waterville; and his son-in-law Ken Green.
