He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ryan and Gertrude Ryan (Martin). He is survived by: his spouse Florence A. Nelson; his son Robert Ryan; his daughter-in-law Betty Ryan of Wellesley Island, NY; his daughter Doreen Swingruber; and his son-in-law Neil Swingruber of Malta, NY. He is also survived by four grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
