He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. Frank and Adele Novak Sr. Frank. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Novak; his daughters, Gretta Schuler, Katrina Kubit, Nina Lewis and Alycia Rotondo; his stepsons, Joseph O'Donnell and David Emmerick; and his siblings, Jean Davis, David Novak and Richard Novak. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
