We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2023, at the age of 84, Elsie A. Bellows of Clinton, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Daniels and Rose Daniels (Giroux); her husband Clayton F. Bellows; and her siblings, Ernest, Armand, Clifford, Dennis, Russell, Jerry, Leona, Theresa and Pauline.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Keith Rice), Clayton "Butch" Bellows of Clinton and Kenneth (Heather Bellows); her grandchildren, Stephen (Rebecca Rice), Andrea Rice, Shawn Bellows (Elyse Enea-Bellows), Lexi Bellows and Khloe Bellows; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Rice, Kendra Winterton, Kara Rice, Kenleigh Winterton, Aiden Bellows and Theo Bellows; and her siblings, Floyd Daniels of Plattsburgh and Faith Moffler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
