He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Castellano and Mariangela Iuorno Castellano. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas and Michael Miglietta of Clinton; his brother Cosmo; his sister-in-law Nancy Castellano of New Hartford; his nephew Robert Castellano of New York City; his uncle Dr. Frank; his aunt Roseann Iuorno of Richmond, VA; his cousins, Joe Iuorno, MD, Mary Boyle of Wayland, MA and Marguerite Plescia; and his friends, Alan Smith and Jim Carollo.
