He is survived by: his parents, David Dutcher of New Hartford and Shari Dutcher of New Hartford; his daughters, Deana Dutcher of Whitesboro and Amanda Dutcher of Utica; his siblings, Tricia Dutcher of Whitesboro, Cindy Paen of Schenectady, Jeff Dutcher of Raleigh, NC and Ray Dutcher of Nevada; and his stepdaughters, Deanna, Breanna and Emily. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
