She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Voght and Jesse Voght; her former husband Harold Bibik Sr.; her husband Herman Fredericks; her son Harold Bibik Jr.; and her siblings, Ada Palmateer, Herbert Voght, Victor Voght and Clifford Voght.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Bob Joy of Clinton; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Rick Bachelder of New Hartford, Kimberly, Tom Christiano of Marcy, Christina, Chaminda DeCosta of Sri Lanka, Amy Joy and Devin Radigan of Dolgeville; and her great grandchildren, Logan Giordano, Derek, Kaitlyn, Jaymes Bachelder, Ayomi DeCosta, Kaylin and Zoe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of floral offerings, contributions in Clara's memory may be made to the Church of the Annunciation in Ilion or to Hospice and Palliative Care.
