It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E. Miller of Clinton, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on June 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chase and Florence Chase Sr. (Roberts); her husband Vincent D. Miller Sr.; her sons, Michael Arthur and Vincent D. Miller Jr. (Loretta "Samm" Barber); her brothers, Robert Chase Jr. and James Chase; and her pet Kolbe.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Erick Miller of Central Square; her pet Shooter; and her sister Christine Eastman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
