She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wisseman and Carol Wisseman (Ryan); and her niece Kaitlyn O'Reilly. She is survived by: her sister Terri Panarello (Chris) of LaGrangeville; her nephew CJ Panarello; her niece Lilliana O'Reilly; her close friend Jay Ferris; and her pet Sonoma. She is also survived by many friends and other family members.
Since Tina loved animals, donations may be made in her memory to the Dutchess County SPCA.
