She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Smith and Lucy Janto Smith. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Dyer Jr. of Palmyra; her children, Patricia Harkins (Christopher), Robin Dodge (Brian) and Kojima; her grandchildren, Christopher, Sean Harkins Candice, Ashley Dodge Mia and Erin Kojima; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Davis, Gracie and Carly Harkins.
It is requested that donations be made in memory of Sandie to the 1400 Comfort Care Unit at Clifton Springs Hospital 2 Coulter Road Clifton Springs, NY 14432.
