He was predeceased by: his parents, Emor, Sr. DeCann and Lena Yaskow DeCann; his wife Carol Deal DeCann; and his brother Emor DeCann, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Merna Wjotas (Peter); and his close friend Loretta LeClair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
