He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren D. and Jeanette Freary Couse Sr.; and his granddaughter Taylor Levandoski. He is survived by: his wife Santa Couse of Phelps; his children, Laura Levandoski (Shawn) of Palmyra Tracy and David Couse (Diana) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Kori (Kurt), Stevi (Vinny), Ryan, Melanie (Ray) and Nathan (Ariel); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Kloey, Jax, Evelynn, Keetan and Levi Many.
