She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Chappelle and Jeanette Faas Chappelle. She is survived by: her husband Richard Carney of Clifton Springs; her son Richard L. Carney (Cindi Blankenberg) of Shortsville Daniel; her grandchildren, Jason Carney, Brittney Minter (David), Kaylee (Lindsay Haers) and Nicole Young Clifton (Courtney Blankenberg Of Clifton Springs); her brother Kenneth Chappelle of Shortsville; and her close friends, Oliver and Missy.
