He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marge Lambert; his children, Anne Lambert (Nelson) of Pittsford and Roger Lambert (Kathy) of Clifton Springs; his stepchildren, Rodney Bundeschuh of Victor Rhonda and Colacino; his brother Wayne Lambert (Romona) of Waterloo; and his grandson Jason Owens.
It is requested that memorial donations in memory of Dayton be made to Beverly Animal Shelter 50 E. River Road Waterloo, NY 13165 Dayton was born on September 27, 1929 in Rochester, NY the son of the late Claude and Marie Freshour Lambert.
