He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard DeRidder and Amelia DeRidder; and his wife Mary Jane. He is survived by: his son Mark DeRidder (Kelly); his grandchildren, Matthew, Tiffany, Nicole and Stephen; and his brother-in-law Robert Altman of Fl Many.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Midlakes Soccer Boosters C/O Kristin Mahoney 1554 State Rt. 488 Phelps, NY 14532.
