He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Nick; his daughter-in-law Ruth; his sisters, Diane and Cathy; his brother-in-law Ed; his niece Alyssa; and his nephews, Evan and Brenton. He is also survived by his loving wife, son, daughter-in-law, six grandchildren.
