We bid farewell to Patricia A. Stone of Clifton Park, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2025 at the age of 84. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Chester D. Stone, Jr.; her parents, John Elder and Dorothy Harris Elder; and her granddaughter Lauren Stefanic. She is survived by: her children, Karen Ann Stefanic (Brad) of Vergennes, VT, Chester "Chet" Stone, III (Lisa) of Ballston Lake and Lisa Mid Vedder (Jeff) of Jonesville; her brother William Elder (Donna) of S. Glens Falls; and her grandchildren, Zachary Stone (John), Samantha Vedder, Wescott, Sarah Vedder (David), Logan Stone, Gigi, Kamden, Abigail, Kaeden, Anastasia and Margo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home (1550 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065).
