He was predeceased by: his parents, Helm Eugene and Phyllis Kraus (Rearwin); and his brother Philip Kraus. He is survived by: his wife Elsa M. Kraus (Ramos); his daughters, Dawn M. Rosenthal and Elaine M. Kraus; his grandson James C. Rosenthal; and his sister Jean Kraus.
