He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hammond; his brother Michael Hammond; his daughters, Sarah Gardner (Leo) and Margaret Hammond; and his grandchildren, Derek Joseph Gardner, Keira Michelle Gardner, Logan Patrick Kelly, Mabel Evelyn Gardner, Connor Hudson Kelly and Eleanor Hazel Gardner. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home (1550 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065).
