It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Fay of Clifton Park, New York, born in Jackson Heights, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Fay and Anna May McMahon Fay; and his sisters, Kathleen Field, Margaret Fay, Genevieve Fay and Honor Fay.

He is survived by: his wife Anne Fay; his children, John (Caroline) of Clifton Park, Patrick (Charissa), Edmund (Susan) of Birmingham, AL, Brian (Patricia) of Halfmoon and Mary Hale (Christopher) of Chicago, IL.; and his sisters, Celia Perciaccante (Ronald) of Watertown, NY and Julia Fay of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
