With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacqueline M. Decker of Clifton Park, New York, born in Albany, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2024 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Ketzer and Dorothy June (Fox); and her brother Joseph Ketzer. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Decker Emerick and Russell Decker (Megan); her siblings, Joyce Sheehan (Marty), Kenneth Ketzer, Richard "Dick" Ketzer (Elena) and William Ketzer (Heather); and her nieces and nephews, Laurie and Joey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
