He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy (Dunn); his parents, George Catalano and Mary Catalano (Armony); and his brother Richard Catalano. He is survived by: his children, Carol McNall (Walter), Catherine Alund (Fred), Michael Catalano (Tammy) and George Catalano; his grandchildren, Alexander Alund PhD (Rachel), Ryan McNall, Shannon McNall MD (Jon), Jacob Catalano and Amber Vatrano (Michael); his great grandchildren, James Alund and Delilah Vatrano; and his siblings, Eloise Catalano and Robert Catalano (Kay).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home (149 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (86 Church Hill Rd, Waterford, NY 12188). A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Cemetery Cemetery (48 Cemetery Ave, Menands, NY 12204).
