She was predeceased by: her parents, James Holmes and Mae Kelly Holmes; her husband James A. Fitzgerald, Sr.; and her brothers, Robert and James Holmes.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Fitzgerald, Jr. (Susan), Eileen F. Connor (Bill), Patricia Dumary (late Jerry) and Mary C. Fitzgerald; her grandchildren, Emily, Audrey, Jerry, Laura, Amy, Erica, Conor, Meghan, Taylor, Patrick and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Andrew James "A. J.", Jacob, Juliana, Avery, Abel and Sawyer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home (1550 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church (569 Clifton Park Center Rd, Clifton Park, NY 12065). A committal service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
