Dworakowski of Clifton Park, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dworakowski and Helen Raylinsky Dworakowski; and his brother Richard Dworakowski (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Michele DeSina Dworakowski; his children, Lisa Dworakowski Mead (Matthew), Edward Dworakowski Jr. (Amber Alberti), Michael Dworakowski and Jennifer Dworakowski; his brother Joseph Dworakowski; and his grandchildren, Matthew Mead, Adam, Rose Trzepaczka, Clinton Wyatt Waddell and Hailey "Willow" Waddell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
