He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Congdon and Betty Jane Stowell. He is survived by: his sister Jane Congdon of Ballston Spa; his wife Kathleen Greene; his children, Matthew (Kelly), Michael (Jessica), Brooke Whited (Dan) and Katie Di Iulio (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Emily, Ethan, Maddie, Daniel, Claire, Lucas and Tony.
