He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard L. Deering and Addie L. Reynolds Deering; and his brother Robert M.. He is survived by: his wife Carol W. Deering; his children, David M. Deering (Ginger) of Rexford, NY and Debi M. Deering of Clifton Park, NY; his brother Willard C. Deering of Albertville, AL; and his grandchildren, Katie M. Nolan and Jarrod T. Deering. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
