She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Joseph and Filomena Parisi (Spatazzo); her husband Paul; and her siblings, Dr Alfonso Parisi, Lucy Ruggeri (Parisi) and Josephine Parisi.
She is survived by: her son Dr Russell Mongiovi (Joyce Senick); her granddaughter Dr Jennifer Mongiovi; and her cousin Joseph Spatazzo (Annette). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Clara's memory may be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga or the charity of your choice.
