We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2025, at the age of 96, Carmela DiGiorgio (Clifton Park, New York), born in Amsterdam, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carmela DiGiorgio to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Morra and Erminigilda Morra; and her brother Peter Morra. She is survived by: her children, Joseph (Donna), Michael (Kate), Susan, Jean and Janet DiGiorgio-Miller (Robert); her grandchildren, Alexandra DiGiorgio Casertano (Nicholas), Mary DiGiorgio Snider (Matthew), Joseph DiGiorgio, Christopher Cunningham, Melissa Cunningham and Morgan Cunningham; her great grandchild Chiara Elise Casertano (Alexandra); and her sister-in-law Dolores Fazio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Edward the Confessor Church (569 Clifton Park Center Rd, Clifton Park, NY 12065). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
