He is survived by: his parents, Allison Hagner (Blake) and Chad Hagner; his grandparents, Kathleen, Peter Hagner, Sara and James Blake; his aunt Kelly Reap (Josh); his uncle Brendan Blake (Natalie Lucker); and his cousin Owen Reap.
In lieu of flowers, Blake's parents request that donations be made in his name to a charity of choice to spread joy and positivity throughout the world in his honor.
