He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexandrine Angell and William R. Angell Jr.; his sister Nancy Lynn Angell; and his aunt Eleanor Kinder. He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Angell, William R. Angell IV (Jennifer), Thomas J. Angell (Vanessa) and Kristine A. Contento-Angell (Jason); and his grandchildren, Emily K. Felker (Gregory), Kai A. Contento and Madison J. Contento.
