He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dutcher and Edith Dutcher; and his wife Patricia Dutcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Dutcher (Robert Bennett) of Washington, Frances Putman of Florida, Alice Johnston (Dean Kulp) of New York and Earl Dutcher (Carol) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
