She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Stephen Cosgrove. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert K. Smith; her daughters, Justine Valiquette (Richard) of Corning and Ursula Smith of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Eleanor and Julian Valiquette; her siblings, Mary Jane Gibson, John Cosgrove, Michelle Funk-Neimeier, Shannon Jones and Stacy Wright; her stepmother Barbara Cosgrove; and her siblings-in-law, Lesley Johantgen, Jenene Slocum and Dr. William.
